Everyone needs a way to feel at ease when life gets challenging and it’s possible to find this any time of day. iRest (Integrative Restoration) Yoga Nidra helps you tap into a place that is calm - even when life is not.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, often contemplative and revelatory practice. During this guided meditation you will focus on body and breath sensing as well as welcoming all sensations just as they come. Some people use iRest Yoga Nidra to relax when life gets busy. Others use it to help heal from: serious trauma, stress, insomnia, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, body image dysmorphia and chemical dependency.
No matter what you are coming for, research shows iRest meditation helps:

These sessions are offered individually or in small groups. Video conferencing available for this service as well.
