Join Laura for this Introductory workshop and Yoga Nidra Practice. iRest, or Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra is a specifically designed Yoga Nidra practice based in psychology and yoga philosophy. Created by Richard Miller, PhD.
In this workshop, you will learn the principals of iRest Yoga Nidra including the unique psychological components that make this form of Yoga Nidra unique. You will participate in a full session of iRest Yoga Nidra which involves a guided meditation that invites you to welcome thoughts, feelings, and beliefs along with the felt-sensations that accompany these cognitions.
This workshop is open to all. No Yoga Nidra experience necessary.
