A regular, structured writing practice is an easy and productive way to connect with sanity and even contentment. Proprioceptive Writing is a practice where you “write what you hear and listen to what you write.” The images in the mind are amplified through a specifically designed environment and step-by-step process. In this form of writing there is no editing or censorship. Whatever appears, you record, just as it is. And when something appears that is filled with buried meanings, stories, and details, you open up to it. The results are amazing.
For this session we will be integrating writing prompts specific to this remarkable time in history where many of us have changed almost every aspect of our lives with quarantine and isolation. Join Laura for this two-part series. No experience necessary.
