One way to connect back to our true nature is through writing. Writing with an open mind and open heart is one of the most clarifying forms of meditation. I host small groups for people who are interested in expanding their sense of self-inquiry. Proprioceptive Writing is a practice where you “write what you hear and listen to what you write.” The images in the mind are amplified through a specifically designed environment and step-by-step process. In this form of writing there is no editing or censorship. Whatever appears, you record, just as it is. And when something appears that is filled with buried meanings, stories, and details, you open up to it. This practice is ideal for individuals or small groups of from 5-8 participants. Choose one session or schedule multiple to help establish your personal writing practice. This practice is available for adults and teens. Video conferencing available for this service as well as in person.
$200 for 75 minute writing session for up to 8 people.
$100/hour for individuals.
