Learn to Write 

Write what you hear. Listen to what you write.

One way to connect back to our true nature is through writing. Writing with an open mind and open heart is one of the most clarifying forms of meditation.  I host small groups for people who are interested in expanding their sense of self-inquiry. I use various techniques including proprioceptive writing, a practice where you “write what you hear and listen to what you write.” The images in the mind are amplified through a specifically designed environment and step-by-step process. 

Learning to write is an important skill for everyone, whether it is to enhance your communication skills at work, create the best college essay or simply explore your thoughts through journaling.  

I offer individual sessions and small groups of from 5-8 participants. Choose one session or schedule multiple to help establish your personal writing practice. This practice is available for adults and teens. Video conferencing available for this service as well as in person.
